\nWith the Nygaia Plugline, growers produce their own substrate on-site and fully tailored to their specific crop needs.

Autonomous, scalable, and offering maximum control over shape, fiber density, and production speed. This ensures a constant supply of fresh substrate, reduces transport movements by up to 40 times, lowers dependency on deliveries, eliminates overproduction, and maintains consistently high plug quality. The current Plugline consists of three modules: the Nygaia Printer, the Nygaia Converter, and the Nygaia Trayfiller. The Nygaia Plugline can be integrated into a (pre-existing) automated planting line.\n<\/article>\n
